Financial Statement
- Download Form
- Upload pdfs of a current bank statement & the international certificate of finances. The bank statement must be on bank letterhead, with the name of the account holder and currency clearly indicated in English. The student can receive a conditional offer without financial documents, but Wellspring strongly encourages submitting the financial documents at the time of application to reduce delays.
